In 13 stages you enter into intense contact with yourself and others: You express your anger and show your love, get in touch with your power, shake off what blocks you, live your chaos, dance your dance, meet your sadness and laugh, discover your sensuality, are still and learn respect.<br \/>\nAll details on the stages: <a href=\"https:\/\/aum-meditation.ch\/en\/what-is-the-aum\/\">What is the A.U.M. ?<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2764\ufe0f <strong>Important Information<\/strong><br \/>\n-&gt; There&#8217;s a full demonstration of all stages, after which you can decide to stay for the actual meditation<br \/>\n-&gt; Space is limited, first come first serve, doors close at 9:20pm.<br \/>\n-&gt; You must be there for the entire demo if you want to take part in the AUM<br \/>\n-&gt; Don&#8217;t eat too much before<br \/>\n-&gt; Bring 3 extra t-shirts and water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2764\ufe0f <strong>Helpers and Space Holders welcome<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested?
